Digest Submission Guideline

 

1. A template is provided below for the preparation of your 1-page digest. The 1-page digest submitted to the conference is not just an abstract. Title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, some subsections, and references (if necessary) should all be included in the digest and you may state the main purpose, key principals, and contributions of your work.


2. The digest (PDF only) and related information should be submitted via the "Submission Sheet" below by July 15th, 2021. Authors may edit and modify submitted digests by resubmitting the sheet until the submission due.


3. Digest must not have been published on or submitted to any journals/meetings/conferences.


4. Authors can indicate their presentation preference (oral/poster) in the sheet. However, the technical and publication committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the format of each presentation.

Digest Submission Procedure

Notification of Acceptance

 

  All submitted digests will be reviewed by the technical program committee according to the reviewing procedures.
  Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by e-mail prior to Aug. 1, 2021.
  If you have not received the notification by Aug. 1, 2021, please send an email to the secretariat (scems2021@163.com) with your digest information.

 

 

 

 

Publication

    Conference papers registered and presented at the IEEE SCEMS 2021 will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and be submitted to EI Compendex. Note: Registered and presented papers of the early editions of SCEMS have been indexed by EI.

    Selected papers will be recommended for peer review for publication on IEEE Trans. Industry Applications.
